| Objective |
| Place images or files in the
database. These can then be used in the definition of forms, for data of
type Image or File. |
| Data |
| The list of files is displayed
in increasing order of file name. For each, there is the following
information: |
| Name of file |
The name of the
file is saved in the database so as to identify the origin of the file. It
appears as a hyperlink in the page and is used to directly access the
content of the file. |
| Image |
When the file is
an image (.GIF or .JPG), it is displayed on screen. |
| Size of file |
Size of the file
(in bytes). |
| Date of update |
Date at which the
file was placed in the database. |

| Actions |

| Add file |
The Add
command displays the File
editing screen used to indicate or select the file to add in the
database. |
| Edit file |
The
 command
displays the File
editing screen used to view the characteristics of the current file or
to replace it by another file.

| Delete files |
The Delete command eliminates from the database the files selected on
screen. |
