Absences | |||
Objective | |||
The criteria covering the absences serve to detect students who have reached a certain level of absences. The criteria can be expressed as numbers or as a percentage of absences. Several choices are available to break down the desired absences (by subject, month, term, etc.). The detection can cover absences or lates.

Number of absences | To detect students
who have reached a number of absences (justified and not justified) that
is within a specific interval. The search is limited, as per the user's choice, to the number of absences ("Not used" by default): - by subject - by reason - by day-week - by month - by term - in total Both or only one of the boundaries of the interval can be specified. If both boundaries are specified, the upper boundary must be equal to or greater than the lower boundary.
Reasons for absences | With respect to
the criterion Number of absences broken down by reason, it is
possible to restrict the search to specific reasons for absences. The
selection is done with the ![]()
Percentage of absences | To detect the
students who have reached a percentage of absences (justified and not
justified) that is within a specific interval. The search is limited, as per the user's choice, to the percentage of absences ("Not used" by default): - by subject - by month - in total Both or only one of the boundaries of the interval can be specified. If both boundaries are specified, the upper boundary must be equal to or greater than the lower boundary.
Number of new absences | To detect students
who have reached a number of not justified new absences that is within a
specific interval. "New absences" are all those that have not
already launched an alert. Both or only one of the boundaries of the interval can be specified. If both boundaries are specified, the upper boundary must be equal to or greater than the lower boundary.
Number of lates | To detect students
who have reached a number of lates that is within a specific interval. The search is limited, as per the user's choice, to the number of lates ("Not used" by default): - by subject - by day-week - by month - by term - in total Both or only one of the boundaries of the interval can be specified. If both boundaries are specified, the upper boundary must be equal to or greater than the lower boundary.
